We provide case management support to help people access treatment services such as residential withdrawal and rehabilitation support , counselling, dual diagnosis, non- residential withdrawal services, day programs and support groups.
CRC also helps people to reduce the barriers in their life that might be impacting on their substance use or general health and wellbeing by linking people with health services and assisting with housing, training, education and employment, social connection, relapse prevention and harm reduction.
CRC is an outreach program, connecting with people in their location of choice. Clients can also choose to attend site-based meetings at any Star Health sites.
Who is eligible?
Adults (16 years +) living in Port Phillip, Stonnington, Glen Eira, Kingston and Bayside areas.
