COVID Community Information

Living with COVID means different things to different people. Star Health will help you as you begin to recover from your experiences of COVID. If you need support in getting going again, talk to us.

Information and helpful checklists on how to prepare to isolate are available at the below link. This could be for you or a household member. It also includes information on what to do if you receive a COVID-19 diagnosis, how to report a positive Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) and what to do if your symptoms become worse.

Alternatively, call the Coronavirus hotline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 1800 675 398

If you are feeling unwell or have mild respiratory symptoms (e.g coughing, runny nose, fever) you can visit the Star Health GP Respiratory Clinic. Click here for more information and how to book to see a doctor.

For many people, going out again after COVID restrictions have eased can lead to feeling anxious. It can be difficult to find good information, such as whether a service or program has recommenced or even how to access those services or social supports.

Come and talk to us at a Star Health Hub if you need information about services and support that you could be eligible for, or how to access that service. Our team can help you to connect or reconnect to appropriate support. You can find us at these locations:
