Working across Western Australia, Victoria, NSW and South Australia, Helena has held senior leadership roles within the private sector in health, business consulting, sales, logistics and operations. A time with Dental Health Services Victoria ignited a desire to return to the public sector.
Her passion is to enable teams to deliver quality services by streamlining processes, removing roadblocks and empowering teams to make the right decisions for the right reasons.
Starting her career as a clinical Dental Therapist, she has since completed her B.Com, become MBTI accredited and undertaken a Life Coach program.
Outside of the work environment Helena mentors’ young people.
