Damian’s career has been in the Community Sector and he has also had senior executive roles in both the Victorian and New South Wales public sectors. He is passionate about place-based interventions in disadvantaged communities which are designed by those communities. He is also currently the Chair of Victorian Council of Social Services and the Chair of Mental Health Victoria.
